Deposit & Cancellation Policy
The Savvy Nurse Injector, LLC
To ensure appointment availability and respect both client and provider time, the following policy applies to all scheduled services.
Appointment Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposit amounts are customized based on the service booked and will be clearly displayed at the time of scheduling.
Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your treatment on the day of service.
Deposits may be transferred one time only if rescheduled within the required notice period.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and a $75 cancellation fee.
No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may require full prepayment to book future appointments.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit.
Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and full treatment time cannot be guaranteed.
Medical & Treatment Discretion
All services require a consultation, and treatment plans are determined based on medical appropriateness.
If treatment is deferred for medical reasons at the provider’s discretion, the deposit may be applied to a future appointment.
Final pricing and treatment plans are determined at the time of service. Results and longevity vary by individual.
